We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Approved returns or exchanges should be sent to:

If your request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 14 days. If we do not receive the return within this timeframe, the return will be cancelled.

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
For faulty or incorrect items, you are entitled to a free return, a full refund, or an exchange. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all components intact. Contact us via email or live chat to report the issue and arrange a resolution.
When returning an item, you may request an exchange for a different item. If approved, the replacement will be sent once the returned item is received and inspected. The 30-day return period applies to all exchanges.

- If the order hasn’t been dispatched, a full refund will be processed immediately.
- Note: A non-refundable processing fee of 5% + $0.25 will be deducted for all cancellations unless the item is faulty.
If the order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and then request a return.
For returns (refunds only) and order cancellations, a processing fee of 5% + $0.25 may be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing costs.
This fee does not apply to:
- Exchanges
- Returns for faulty or damaged items
Important:
- If a returned item was originally in good condition but arrives damaged due to improper packaging, or if the item has been used despite being claimed as unused, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee or deny the refund entirely.
If your order is lost in transit:
- Contact us with the necessary details to confirm non-delivery.
- A full refund will be issued.
If the courier marks the package as delivered but you did not receive it, you must file a claim directly with the delivery service.
For items shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

For returns from outside the USA due to personal preference or unmet expectations:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return labels are not provided.
If your order arrives later than the estimated delivery date, you can request a 5% refund of your purchase:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
